About online & phone medical treatment
Only those who re-reserve to the clinic can receive online and telephone consultations.
Online or telephone medical treatment is you can see a doctor using a communication device such as a telephone without visiting the clinic. However, because can’t to palpate,the information is limited, and the medical examination will be more difficult than face-to-face medical examination. Please note that we may
ask you to visit our clinic, when difficult to make a diagnosis or prescribe by online.

1.Online connection or incoming call from our clinic
When the appointment time is approaching, please wait for the call.
The clinic staff will contact you for verify identity. After that you will be examined by a doctor.
If you are using online medical care on your smartphone,

It will be smooth if you register for use in advance.
If you are using loptop, click the URL link that you will receive. You can enter the room.
2. Confirm of insurance card, medical certificate, etc.
The clinic staff will confirm it.

3. Confirm of payment method
We will confirm the payment method.

We will send the payment form to your registered email address.
4. Consultation
You will be required to provide telephone and online medical care with your doctor.
5. Prescription
If you have a prescription after medical treatment, we will fax the prescription to your desired pharmacy.
